iCustomizeIt provides custom printing and embroidery services for apparel, drinkware, and promotional items. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

2. Products & Custom Orders

• All custom products are made to order based on customer specifications.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted artwork, text, and design files are correct and free of errors.

• iCustomizeIt reserves the right to reject any design or content that is deemed offensive, inappropriate, or infringes on copyrights/trademarks.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment must be received in full before production begins.

• We offer volume discounts and promotional rates as advertised.

4. Turnaround Time & Shipping

• In-stock custom orders are typically ready for local pickup within 24 hours.

• Standard shipping across Canada takes approximately 3–5 business days.

• Free shipping is available on orders over $75 (before tax).

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a defect or production error.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@icustomizeit.ca within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

• By submitting artwork or designs, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all submitted content.

• iCustomizeIt is not liable for copyright or trademark infringements on custom orders created using user-submitted content.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal data submitted during ordering or account creation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

iCustomizeIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item(s) in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
