The team at Customize It came in clutch for an order of 10 shirts, same day service as I needed them fast. Zia was prompt and got back to me right away after I sent him my logo at 10 AM. I first called 07/29 to inquire about lead time for four tshirts. I was told a couple days. I said no rush I’d pick them up 08/02. Sent the email with the art work, sizes and details. I did receive an email back the same day that got bounced to my junk email stating the file I sent they were unable to open. 07/31 I resubmitted the art work with the file format they wanted.

Never heard anything from them on an 08/02 pickup date so figured I’d give them an extra few days since I was late getting back to them with the new file. So I called them 08/02 and was told they got the file set but they needed me to resend the sizes and colour. So I confirmed the order of 1 Large, 1 XL, 1 XXL and 1XXXL. I was told on the phone they had one 3X left in stock. So I said great. I’ll pick them up 08/07.

08/07 rolled by, no news. So I called and asked what was going on. This is where I met Zia who, while being a very nice man, was making excuse after excuse about the owner who is on vacation never trained his staff before he left and everything’s a mess. He then tells me They’ll be unable to make my order as they don’t have any 3XL shirts left. So I ask if I go buy a shirt can I bring it in, you have the other 3 shirts done and I just wait for you to press this one. He says no problem.

I get there 08/08 at the agreed upon time of 5pm. None of my shirts are ready. I give him the 3XL and then have to wait 45 minutes while he makes all 4. Then when I say I’m not paying full price, you guys are a week late and I had to buy my own shirt that you said you had in stock but didn’t… he tried to offer me a discount on what I paid for the shirt I brought him. I said no, I’d give them $120 (down from $160) for my time, the absolute screw around I got here and having to provide my own shop.

He wouldn’t budge off $140.

While I was waiting there was another lady who came in and said she’d been waiting 4 hours for one shirt and then after her, another gentleman came in and said he ordered a hoodie a week ago, he’d been in twice already that day to pick it up and it hadn’t been ready either time and he needed it next day. So he also had to stand in store and wait for after they were done my 4 shirts (that were a week late) before they could do his sweatshirt.

This store is a farce and a joke and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THESE CLOWNS AT ALL. You’d run in to a more professional group if you gave a kindergarten class a box of fabric markers, some shirts and gave them til the end of the week to customize the shirts.
