At iCustomizeIt, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we have a strict no return or refund policy except in cases of production error or product defect.
All Sales Are Final
Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect sizes or colors chosen by the customer

Spelling, design, or formatting errors provided in the approved artwork
Please double-check your order details and review your design carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will accept returns or issue refunds only in the following cases:

You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or product)

The item was misprinted or contains a production error

The product arrived damaged or defective
How to Report an Issue
To request a return or refund, please email us at info@icustomizeit.ca within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos of the defective or incorrect item
We’ll review your case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Any item that has been worn, washed, or used

Items reported after 3 business days of delivery

Custom orders without a valid defect
Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or defective as described above.
Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If returning an item due to defect or incorrect delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs.
